Cocoa Belle: Beautiful Chocolate launched tonight at the River Market. Sing Hillcrest inhabitants! Sing all who mourned River City Tea and Coffee (and Chocolate), which last year changed hands and began the process of making itself over into a basket shop. The only place in town with its own chocolatier, and it converts to baskets. In a state full of catfish and pig 'n chik BBQ, is it too much to ask for a little luxury chocolate? Thankfully no. No more condescending to Godiva boxes off the Barnes and Noble sales counter. Or even those imported chocolate bars with infusions of Earl Grey.
